Scott also serves his community by being actively involved in organizations such as The Manteca Morning Rotary and the California Trucking Association (CTA), where he serves on the committees of “Environmental Policy”, “Officer’s Council”, and the “Steerling Committee”. He is also currently awaiting his inauguration in January of 2012 as the CTA’s President.

His experience includes advertising, packaging, consumer research and public relations. he was also a driving force behind Foster Farms’ sponsorship of our vital Food 4 Thought Program in Stanislaus County.

Joe graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1986. He currently works as the Facility Manager for Zacky Farms, LLC in Stockton, California. He has worked in the food and meat industry for over 25 years for companies such as Hormel, Conagra, and Farmlands.

Joe has served as the IT Manager and Technology Consultant for various organizations including large corporate companies, government agencies, and privately owned and operated businesses. In 2006 he founded SOHO Networks when he saw the need for a local company that could provide IT Services to small and mid-sized businesses in the area. He has over 20 years experience in the IT Industry and is currently the IT manager for KSN Inc in Stockton, CA. Joe also serves his community by being actively involved in the service organization, The Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis and presently serves on their board of directors.

Lori is the Director of After School Programs for the Stanislaus County Office of Education and the Regional Lead for Region VI. She received her MA in Education/Counseling and Student Services from California State University and her BS in Education from University of Arkansas. Lori has experience in education as a teacher, college administrator, district administrator, Principal, and County Office of Education administrator. She has 8 years experience working in the world of after school programs and currently provides technical assistance to all funded programs in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Tuolumne, Calaveras, and Amador Counties.

Charla is currently a Market Manager for Walmart, overseeing 9 stores covering San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Santa Clara Counties. She has been a retail business leader for 30 years. Her passion for serving others extends to past boards with California Grocers Association and the San Diego YMCA, Oceanside. She is a graduate of UOP and the USC Marshall School of Business, Executive Program.

Director of Distribution for Safeway’s Northern California Division’s distribution center in Tracy, CA. The distribution center sits on 205 acres and has 2.2 million square feet under roof, with approximately 1,700 employees since February of 2009. Prior to returning to Safeway in 2008, Jack was the Operations Manager for Core-Mark International, the second largest convenience store distributor in the U.S. at their Aurora, CO division. Married to his lovely wife Karen, with four children, and three grandchildren.

Steve currently serves as the Northern Area Manager of Dairy Farmers of America, and a city council member for the City of Manteca. Steve is an active member of the community, where he has served as past president of numerous organizations. Steve is currently serving on the following committees; San Joaquin Council of Governments, Valley Policy Council, League of Cities Transportation Committee and the San Joaquin Habitat Committee.
